We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days or less.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split and arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered an item that may come from multiple warehouse locations.

Other express shipping methods are available such as UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select. By indicating an express delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.

UPS classifies Next Day Air as guaranteed delivery within 1 business day, 2-Day Air within 2 business days, 3-Day Select is within 3 business days. Day of shipping is not included in this count, also please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Our goal is to ship your item the same day you order,  but there is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified UPS Next Day Air, 2-Air, or 3-Day Select delivery and are placing the order after 1pm central, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Any shipping speed indicated at checkout is a carrier provided estimated timeline and does not guarantee delivery within that period as issues during transit may arise which delay delivery. Please proof your shipping address and please include apt. numbers when necessary.

Exchanges/Returns

If you would like to exchange/return your product please include your order confirmation number so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can – we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to.

All return items must be sent back in original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the full responsibility of the customer. If a mistake is made by Strongman Corporation, we will pay for returns and shipping cost. All original shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of a refund.

The following items are excluded from our return policy and therefore CANNOT be returned;

– Merchandise or apparel that has been worn or not in the original packaging.

– All Memberships once purchased are non-refundable or transferable
