Strongman Corporation Membership Agreement
1. Membership Terms and Conditions
By becoming a member of Strongman Corporation (“the Organization”), you (“the Member”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Agreement. Membership in the Organization is a privilege and is granted on the understanding that all members will adhere to the highest standards of conduct, both in their athletic pursuits and in their personal behavior.
2. Code of Conduct
The Member agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of the Organization. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Legal Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, fraud, theft, or any other criminal behavior, are strictly prohibited.
- Ethical Standards: Members are expected to uphold the ethical standards of fair competition, honesty, and respect for others. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from cheating, manipulation of results, or any behavior that undermines the spirit of fair play.
- Moral Conduct: Members must maintain a high standard of moral conduct. Any actions deemed immoral or harmful to the image of the Organization, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct or other forms of misconduct, are strictly prohibited.
3. Authority to Revoke Membership
The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke or suspend the membership of any Member who is found to have violated the terms of this Agreement. The Organization also reserves the right to withdraw or nullify any titles, awards, or recognitions granted to a Member if it is determined that the Member engaged in conduct that is illegal, unethical, or amoral.
- Investigation: The Organization may conduct an investigation into any alleged violations of this Agreement. During such an investigation, the Member may be temporarily suspended from all Organization activities.
- Disciplinary Action: If a violation is confirmed, the Organization may impose disciplinary action, including but not limited to revocation of membership, titles, and awards. The Member will be notified in writing of the disciplinary action taken and the reasons for such action.
- Appeals: The Member has the right to appeal the Organization’s decision. Appeals must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the decision. The Organization’s decision on the appeal shall be final.
4. No Refunds
In the event of membership revocation or suspension, no refunds of membership fees, event fees, or any other payments will be provided. The Member forfeits all rights and privileges associated with membership.
5. Indemnification
The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Member’s violation of this Agreement.
6. Amendments
The Organization reserves the right to amend this Membership Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Organization is headquartered.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Acknowledgement
The Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this Membership Agreement.
