The Shannon Willits Award was given to Joey Grappe. Joey is a Masters athlete who competed and had knee surgery 4 weeks ago. He competed in Max Yoke and Deadlift.

Max Jones was a HW Open athlete who hit a 935 18 inch deadlift and 355 log press on his way to winning the HW open class.

This is the 4th year running this event. Next comp is Alabama Strongest Man on August 14th, as of right now we have 127 people registered.
