By signing this form I, the competition promoter, acknowledge that I must ensure each competitor possesses and presents a current Strongman Corporation membership card on competition day. I also understand if I allow a competitor to compete without a Strongman Corporation membership card, I am liable for that membership fee and must pay prior to the competition beginning. I understand that if I cancel the competition for any reason, I must reimburse athletes their entry fee. I agree to reimburse the Strongman Corporation representative for agreed upon travel expenses and lodging. There are NO REFUNDS. Events may be rescheduled only ONCE within one year of original date at no additional fee. Rescheduling must be done prior to the event date with home office. I acknowledge that by hosting a Strongman Corporation licensed competition on Iron Podium, any or all Strongman Corporation owners and management team will be given limited admin access to the Event Dashboard on Iron Podium to include access to Meet Data, View/Edit Event and View Scoreboard. This does not include access to Financials, Athlete Communication, Additional Admins, Discount Codes, Athlete Check-In, or Score Entry.
